I have to admit, we thought he’d occasionally watch what was going on but neither one of us thought we’d make it through the whole 2 hours. When has Miles EVER sat still for 2 hours and been awake? Never.

Our hopes weren’t high for a successful circus trip especially since we skipped the afternoon nap. I must say…we were pleasantly surprised. As soon as the circus started Miles was captivated.

He clapped at all of the right times, pointed and said, “doo” many times and thoroughly enjoyed himself. He had his first taste of popcorn and sprite (thanks to grandpa). Miles traded off sitting in all of our laps but not once did he fuss or want down. At one point Eric reached in front of Miles to get some popcorn and Miles pushed his arm down because it was in his line of sight. He was one tired puppy afterwards.
