I know…sad but true. Miles and I headed out to Lake Travis with Grandpa and Evie for a very relaxing afternoon of boating. Miles really enjoyed walking around the boat and wasn’t sure what to think about all of the wind so he laid down to avoid it.

I managed to get him to wear his sunglasses for 5 minutes before he ripped them off.

We shut off the engine by starnes island and enjoyed some peace and quiet for 30 mintues or so. Miles liked laying on the cushions on the front of the boat and pointing at all of the sailboats around us.

On our way back home Dad and Eve spent 20 mintues trying to get Miles to say “Grandpa”. The only thing Miles could manage to say back to them was “doo-doo?”. We have to thank Uncle Michael for that one.
